Overview

The Fulbright Program offers grants to qualified Russian graduate students to study at the graduate level in the United States. Russian scholars may apply to conduct post-doctoral research at U.S. institutions and are eligible for the Fulbright Scholar-in-Residence Program. In addition, students and teachers are eligible for the Fulbright Foreign Language Teaching Assistant (FLTA) Program, and Russian University teachers may apply for Fulbright Faculty Development Program grants (FFDP) to develop or improve curriculum for study courses.

The Fulbright Program offers grants to Russia for U.S. citizens. U.S. students and young professionals may apply for a grant to pursue independent research in Russia, while U.S. scholars may teach or conduct research in Russia through Fulbright. In addition, U.S. scholars are eligible to apply for the Fulbright Specialist Program and U.S. students are eligible to apply for the Fulbright English Teaching Assistant (ETA) Program and for Critical Language Enhancement Awards.
