The Fulbright Program offers grants to qualified Singaporean graduate students to study at the graduate level in the United States. Singaporean scholars may apply to conduct post-doctoral research at U.S. institutions and are eligible for Fulbright Scholar-in-Residence Grants. In addition, Singaporean teachers are eligible for the Fulbright Distinguished Awards in Teaching Program.

U.S. students and young professionals may apply for a grant to pursue independent research in Singapore, while U.S. scholars may teach or research in Singapore through Fulbright. In addition, U.S. faculty and professionals may also apply for the Fulbright Specialist Program and U.S. teachers are eligible for the Fulbright Distinguished Awards in Teaching Program.
