Fulbright in European Union
Fulbright Opportunities
The Fulbright Program offers grants to qualified graduate students from the European Union to study at the graduate level in the United States. Scholars from the European Union may apply to conduct post-doctoral research at U.S. institutions and are eligible for the Fulbright Scholar-in-Residence Program. In addition, teachers from the European Union are eligible directly through their country’s Fulbright Program for the Fulbright Classroom Teacher Exchange Program and the Distinguished Fulbright Awards in Teaching Program.
The Fulbright Program offers grants to the European Union for U.S. citizens. U.S. students and young professionals may apply for grants to pursue independent research in the European Union, while U.S. scholars may teach or conduct research in two or more EU countries through Fulbright.
Prospective applicants should also consult individual EU member countries' pages for opportunities in single EU member countries.
