The Fulbright Program offers grants to qualified Andorran graduate students to study at the graduate level in the United States. Andorran scholars may apply to conduct post-doctoral research at U.S. institutions and are eligible for Fulbright Scholar-in-Residence Grants.

The Fulbright Program offers grants to Andorra for U.S. citizens. U.S. students and young professionals may apply for a grant to pursue independent research in Andorra, while U.S. scholars may teach or research in Andorra through Fulbright. In addition, U.S. faculty and professionals may also apply for the Fulbright Specialist grants and U.S. students are eligible for the Fulbright English Teaching Assistant (ETA) Program.
