Fulbright in Rwanda

The Fulbright Program offers grants to qualified Rwandan graduate students to study in the United States. Rwandan scholars may apply to conduct research at U.S. institutions through the Fulbright Visiting Scholar Program. In addition, scholars are eligible for the Fulbright Scholar-in-Residence Program.

The Fulbright Program offers grants to Rwanda for U.S. citizens. U.S. students and young professionals may apply for a grant to pursue independent research. Students are also eligible for the Fulbright English Teaching Assistant (ETA) Program. U.S. scholars may teach or research through Fulbright. In addition, U.S. scholars are eligible to apply for the Fulbright Specialist Program and the Fulbright Public Policy Fellowship.
