   July 4: Happy Independence Day! July 4th marked Dean's first full day in the Kyrgyz Republic.The morning started out overcast and drizzly, which was just what Dean needed after multiple days of 95+ degree weather.

2. July 5, 2016: Kyrgyz Republic #Dean525

   July 5th saw Dean running through the mountainous heart of Kyrgyzstan. Running through the cloudy mist, Dean was able to see first-hand the traditional Kyrgyz nomadic lifestyle.

3. July 6, 2016: Kyrgyz Republic #Dean525

   On July 6th, Dean bid the Kyrgyz mountains farewell, but not before having one final adventure. Waking with the rising sun, Dean began his route into the Too Ashuu valley.

4. July 8, 2016: Kyrgyz Republic #Dean525

   On July 8th, Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan welcomed Dean in grand style. The day started with Dean appearing on Zamana, a Good Morning America style show and ended with an outdoor concert.

5. July 9, 2016: Kyrgyz Republic to Kazakhstan #Dean525

   Dean leaves the Kyrgyz Republic for the last leg of the Ultramarathon run in Kazakhstan.

6. July 10, 2016: Kazakhstan #Dean525

   Dean completes the final leg of his Ultramarathon across Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan.
