NOTICE: As of Friday, April 20, 2018, the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA) has begun utilizing the U.S. Department of State’s SAMS Domestic grant management system. SAMS Domestic is supported by the Department’s Integrated Logistics Management System (ILMS). Award recipients will be using the SAMS Domestic Portal (Service Now) module in ILMS to complete all award-related activities. ECA award recipient organizations and recipient representatives must be registered with the U.S. Department of State’s SAMS Domestic system:

Recipient Webinars

The SAMS Domestic Support Team will be conducting recipient webinars using Adobe Connect on the following dates and times for the U.S. Department of State recipient community.  If multiple people from your organization plan on participating in the webinar, please try to coordinate meeting in the same room and access the session using a single computer. The number of participants allowed within the Adobe Connect platform during each session is limited to 100, and we would like to preserve as many attendance slots as possible to allow maximum participation.  We encourage recipients to log-in early to ensure their participation before the log-in capacity is met.  Additional SAMS Domestic webinars will be available and advertised later.
