The International Sports Programming Initiative (ISPI) is a program that facilitates two-way exchanges between American and foreign participants designed to reach underserved youth and/or their coaches and sports administrators who manage sports programs..

The International Sports Programming Initiative uses sports to help Americans and people around the world develop important leadership skills, achieve academic success, and positively contribute to their home and host communities while supporting US foreign policy goals.
