Assistance Listings - formerly Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA)

Assistance Listings (formerly Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) numbers) are the publicly available listings of Federal assistance programs. Beta.sam.gov assistance listings is a publicly available online database showing all available Federally-funded programs. The database is administered by the General Services Administration. An individual or organization can use the database to search for assistance programs, and then contact the office that administers the program and find out how to apply. Assistance listing numbers are also used by organizations to search for assistance programs on Grants.gov. The assistance listing number is referenced in every solicitation and the Notice of Award. 19.400 Academic Exchange Programs-Graduate Students The Fulbright Student Program includes program components for U.S. students, foreign students, Foreign Language Teaching Assistant Program, Fulbright English Teaching Assistant Program, Fulbright Faculty Development and Regional Specialty Programs in the Western Hemisphere, Fulbright-Fogarty Fellows, and the Fulbright-National Geographic Digital Storytelling Fellows program.
19.401 Academic Exchange Programs-Scholars The Fulbright Scholar Program includes program components for U.S. scholars, visiting foreign scholars, the Scholar-in-Residence Program, Fulbright Public Policy Fellowships, Global Scholar Award, Arctic Initiative, the International Education Administrators’ Seminars, U.S. Specialists Program, and Study of the U.S. Institutes for Scholars.

19.451 Special International Exchange Grant Programs To provide special grants for international exchanges and other activities that support and address current and emerging issues of mutual interest to the United States and other countries, consistent with the program criteria established in the Department’s annual appropriation. Special International Exchange Grant Programs include Fulbright University Vietnam.
19.452 International Exchange Alumni Programs International Exchange Alumni Programs include Alumni Thematic International Exchange Seminars (TIES) and the U.S. Exchange Alumni Network and Capacity Building Program.
