Michael Schwartz on #WithoutLimits
Narrator:
You are listening to Michael Schwartz, an empower participant from the United States who is deaf. What does living without limits mean to you?
Michael Schwartz:
I have a PhD. I have a LLM. I have a JD in Law. I am also a private pilot. I have my license to fly a propeller airplane. I also scuba dive. Life without limits. Imagine I arrive in Ethiopia and found out that they don’t let deaf people drive. The other Ethiopians would look at me with their tongues out when they learn that I can fly an airplane, scuba dive underwater, and do all these things. Achieve an education, achieve a job, and live without limits. That’s the dream for all of us and it’s possible!
