Kate, Ghana: It offers an opportunity for us to share our educational experiences and to learn from each other.

Archana, India: I found this concept a very, very interesting and very comprehensive one because it is a cultural exchange. At the same time, it looks at your professional development.

Lhassane, Morocco: I was in a point in my career that I needed an opportunity like this to learn more strategies, more teaching strategies.

Rita de Cassia, Brazil: People at my school, my colleagues, my school principal, they are eager to listen from me. They want to hear something, they want me to teach them something new.

Alice, Kenya: ILEP really has trained me a lot. I’ve received all the skills that I need for my classroom work, management in my classes, how to deliver my content very well to the students.

Carlos, Brazil: One thing I’m sure: this program changed me. And it changed for the better.
