   This year ECA launched the Access for All campaign!  The purpose of this campaign is to celebrate the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) 30th anniversary.

   The Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs hosts Swaziland coaches for soccer clinics and programs

4. Russian Volleyball Players Visit the U.S.

   

   The first sports visitor program brought Russian volleyball players and coaches to Southern California for a beach volleyball.

5. Belizean Coaches Train to Foster Social Change through Sport

   

   As part of ECA’s International Sports Programming Initiative, Northern Illinois University conducted a two-way exchange between participants from the U.S. and Belize geared towards program administrator training, coach training, and consulting youth sports programs in Belize.

   As part of the “Empowering Women and Girls Through Sports Initiative,” the U.S. Women’s National Soccer Team took to the soccer field with Japanese girls in Sendai, Japan on March 27.

   Partnering with US Soccer, the U.S. State Department sent former Women’s National Team Players Tracey Noonan and Shannon MacMillan to a sports envoy program in Guatemala.
