The Fulbright Program offers grants to qualified Venezuelan students and junior university faculty to study at the graduate level in the United States. Venezuelan scholars may apply to lecture or conduct post-doctoral research at U.S. institutions and are eligible for Fulbright Scholar-in-Residence grants.

The Fulbright Program does not offer grants to Venezuela for U.S. citizens.
