The Fulbright Program offers grants to qualified Romanian students to study at the graduate level in the United States. Romanian scholars may apply to conduct post-doctoral research at U.S. institutions and are eligible for Fulbright Scholar-in-Residence Grants.

The Fulbright Program offers grants to Romania for U.S. citizens. Students and young professionals may apply for a grant to pursue independent research in Romania, while U.S. scholars may teach or conduct research. In addition, U.S. students are eligible to apply for the Fulbright English Teaching Assistant (ETA) Program.
