The Fulbright Program offers grants to qualified Croatian students to study at the graduate level in the United States. Croatian scholars may apply to conduct post-doctoral research at U.S. institutions and are eligible for Fulbright Scholar-in-Residence Grants.

The Fulbright Program offers grants to Croatia for U.S. citizens. Students and young professionals may apply for a grant to pursue independent research in Croatia, while U.S. scholars may teach or conduct research. In addition, U.S. students are eligible for the Fulbright English Teaching Assistant (ETA) Program.
