The American Arts Incubator has arrived in Turkey. The creative exchange program, that is organized in collaboration with InogarArt and the U.S. Consulate, which visits countries all over the world is underway here in Istanbul. In a month-long program, artists will be guided through the process of creating an installation which can bring about social change or at least start a dialogue.
