1. Health Surveillance in the Arctic: IVLP Participants Convene in Minneapolis and Alaska

   An International Visitor Leadership Program group of nine researchers from member countries of the Arctic Council will meet in the United States over the next 10 days to address public health, medical research and Arctic science issues.

10. National Ability Center: PyeongChang Winter Paralympics – South Korea

    

    National Ability Center sent an American training team and 12 American youth with disabilities, in the sports of alpine skiing and snowboarding, to South Korea to teach Korean youth and coaches best practices. The Korean and American groups had the opportunity to attend the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Paralympics Opening Ceremonies!
