What I want to say for me it's quite rewarding meeting all the participants from all the different countries, being able - for the last five days I have been able to exchange ideas.
I think when I go back, this is going to help me because I am just coming up with strategies for my department.

People I meet, the international visitors who come to this program, are really helping me to understand how things are working out in different parts of the world.

For me, professionally, I am interacting with my fellow participants and getting a lot of different ideas that when I go back to my country, I am going to try to do this.
