New policies now require ECA to enroll all grant recipients in an electronic centralized payment system called the Payment Management System (PMS). Grant recipients are also required to prepare and submit financial reports to ECA. Reporting Requirements are specified in each award and failure to comply may jeopardize a recipient's eligibility for future awards.
