The J. William Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board held its 253rd quarterly meeting in Washington, D.C. on December 6 and 7, 2011. The Board’s business meeting on Tuesday, December 6 included the election of officers. Tom Healy was elected Chairman and Susan Ness was elected Vice Chair.
