ARICANA alongside US Alumni Group and EducationUSA Rosario is currently organizing the International Education Week. The main objective of the activities we are planning is to increase the outreach the Education USA office has in our city and in the country, we will talk about the many benefits of studying abroad in the United States and we will offer assistance to those who want to continue their studies in an American University or College. On the other hand, we will also organize entertaining educational activities and games for students from all the Bi-national Centers and Universities of Argentina. Our target audience are students from 15 to 30 years old who are interested in the American culture and educational system and would like to continue their bachelor or postgraduate studies in the United States. Monday 11/16: We will be explaining the benefits of Community Colleges live on Instagram. There will be a current student from Raritan to discuss her experiences. Tuesday 11/17: The adviser Alex Vimo will discuss the steps to apply to colleges and universities. There will be a current undergraduate guest from Yale University. Wendsday 11/18: Tutti Frutti Tournament. Students between 15 and 17 years old from all the Binational Centers will be playing in the EducationUSA Tutti Frutti Tournament. Thursday 11/19: Webinar on graduate studies including Masters, Doctorates and Scholarships. There will be advisors from four BNC’s assisting. The discussion is destined for undergraduate and graduate students and will included explanations of the process to apply to postdoctoral studies in the USA. Friday 11/20: The Consensos Program is destined for university students between the ages 18 and 30 where they will learn to debate and set up projects.
