Description (no more than 300 words)

In continuation of the International Education Week celebrations, EducationUSA Lagos had an information session on Boston University. The speaker, Kevin Kravitz is a Vice Consul who himself had been an undergraduate and a graduate student at both institutions. Talking about Boston University, he stated that with about 300 programs available, undergraduate students are able to combine majors and minors up to triple majors. Thus, they can take the classes without necessarily letting go of one for the other. He also informed the audience that the university provides financial aid to students who want to participate in study abroad programs and there are offices designed to assist students seeking internship opportunities. Many students asked questions that ranged from scholarship opportunities to specific program design.
