Shoba Sivaprasad Wadhia, an associate dean for diversity, equity and inclusion and a clinical professor of law at Penn State Law, will discuss the role of prosecutorial discretion in immigration law and the intersections of race, national security and immigration. The presentation is part of the E.N. Thompson Forum on World Issues, a cooperative project partnership among the Cooper Foundation, Lied Center for Performing Arts, and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, established in 1988.
