Fulbright in Mexico
The Fulbright Program offers grants to qualified Mexican students to study at the graduate level in the United States. Mexican scholars may apply to conduct post-doctoral research at U.S. institutions and are eligible for Fulbright Scholar-in-Residence grants and the Fulbright Border Program. In addition, Mexican students and teachers are eligible for the Fulbright Foreign Language Teaching Assistant Program. Mexican K-12 teachers may apply for the Fulbright Distinguished Awards in Teaching Program.
The Fulbright Program offers grants to Mexico for U.S. citizens. U.S. students and young professionals may apply for a grant to pursue independent research in Mexico while students interested in business may apply for a Binational Business internship. U.S. scholars may teach and/or conduct research in Mexico through Fulbright. In addition, U.S. faculty and professionals may apply for Fulbright Specialist grants or the Fulbright-Carlos Rico Award for North American Studies to study in Mexico and Canada, while U.S. students are eligible for the Fulbright English Teaching Assistantship (ETA) Program. U.S. K-12 teachers may apply for the Fulbright Distinguished Awards in Teaching Program.
